ETA application does not promise or guarantee ETA issuance. The final ETA issuance authority will be judged by the Government of Sri Lanka.

Please note that if the information / materials submitted to the applicant are false or wrong and the ETA issuance is refused / delayed, we may not be able to respond.

After ETA application, there may be requests from the relevant organizations such as the embassy, ​​the Ministry of Immigration and Visa Center to submit medical examination and additional documents.
In that case, please respond promptly. Submission by the person from the government site is required.

In the case of direct communication with the government, correspondence from the applicant himself / herself is required.
The ultimate decision is made by the immigration inspector of the local jurisdiction which will be the final judgment of entry. Even if the ETA is certified, it does not guarantee immigration.

This service will end once the ETA is issued without any problem(but we will keep supporting the applicatnt through mail if the applicant has confusions regarding the process)or if it is refused by any chance.
Regardless of the result of application, ETA application service fee, embassy, ​​application fee already paid to related organizations will not be refunded at all.
